Refund / Cancellation Policy
Below you will find our current payment and refund / replacement policy. Please read it carefully as this is the official policy in force at the present time. The policy listed below supersedes any other written document you may have received prior to today's date. Current Payment Policy
Effective immediately, the following payment policy MUST be adhered to. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS, ALL Eze Fitness CLIENTS MUST READ, UNDERSTAND AND ADHERE TO THIS POLICY except by other written arrangements approved by Eze Fitness. Any payment made without regard to this payment policy will be charged a service charge of £10. Late charges apply (see below).
Our typical policy is to collect payment on the First working day of every month. This is either done through Direct Debit or through or Debit/Credit card automated Card system.
LATE Payments:
All membership payments will be taken on the first working day of each month. If for whatever reason we have been unable to collect your payment we will inform you by letter/email and then we will re-attempt the collection on 20th of the month.
Non-payment may result in your account being sent to collections, your credit standing with us being downgraded and possible litigation to recover payment. If you have questions or concerns, or you feel that you have been charged incorrectly, please contact us IMMEDIATELY so that we can work together to find a solution.
We prefer to work payment issues out in a positive way and we try not to resort to sending payments to collections or small-claims unless we have no recourse.
Current Refund Policy
All memberships and services have a full 30 days cooling off period so if you change your mind or are dissatisfied with our service in any way we will issue you a full refund.
To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of information, we have put in place appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.
This site has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control.
We use Mind Body (www.mindbody.com) for protection. With this system, customers' payment information is encrypted and then saved to a database. We can download this information only by using an SSL enabled browser from within the Administration area. It is never stored on the website in an unencrypted form, nor sent via email.
