8 Week Weight Loss Programme
Our 8 Week weight loss challenge is a programme designed to do exactly what it says on the tin! It is an 8 week programme where the participants are divided into teams, with each team being assigned a dedicated instructor, to help them on their weight loss journey.
The programme will include a variety of training methods from functional training, cardio & strength either studio and/or gym based to help maximise each individuals capabilities and weight loss, in a safe and controlled manner.
The programme includes nutritional advice, fact sheets and an ‘ideal food recipe plan’ plus any other aspect which can affect weight loss, and ultimately an individual’s health.
Measurements will be taken on the first session and this is measured in cm’s.The total cm’s lost for that group is totalled up on week eight and the team with the largest amount wins!!!
